Quantum Life was established in 2018 as a solution to the ever-increasing challenges and consequences of professional overwhelm, stress and burnout, witnessed and experienced through a background of military and corporate leadership.
Using personal experience as the testing ground, only the most practical and effective tools for personal development and change are taught by Quantum Life. Our passion and purpose is to pass on all that we have learned for the benefit of others, having walked and tested the path beforehand - we only teach and train what we know truly works.
Quantum Life offers the latest neuro-training and neuro-coaching tools and techniques, together with biofeedback, hypnotherapy, meditation and mindfulness practices, nutritional therapy and holistic wellbeing guidance.
We offer assessment-led training and coaching, for individuals, teams and organisations, including 360 Leadership and Culture assessments and Stress and Wellbeing evaluations to provide relevant, bespoke solutions to our client’s unique needs.
We also offer private assessments, coaching and hypno-coaching and can provide a range of holistic wellbeing and performance development packages and programmes.
